An opinion column by psychiatrist Anfisa Mein. As a psychiatrist, I'm used to working with chaos. A patient's psyche is often a building with collapsed ceilings, where emotions flood the basement and the mind is trapped in a stairless attic. In 2026, the "norm" is considered borderline: we all live in a state of overstimulation, where the boundaries of personality are blurred by digital noise. But I maintain: salvation lies in architecture. If you don't build an internal framework, the world will bend you to its needs. Diagnosis of the era: Inflation of meanings Carl Gustav Jung, my great colleague, said: "The heaviest burden that falls on the shoulders of a child is the unlived life of his parents." Today I would add: "The heaviest burden is the unlived meanings of man himself." We consume gigabytes of other people's lives, but do not produce a single gram of our own being. This leads to a deep fragmentation of the "I." Code 369 here acts as a resuscitation kit: Three (impulse) must be realized, Six (structure) - built, and Nine (result) - appropriated. Without this cycle, the psyche "hangs" in an endless expectation of changes that will never come. A clinical case of eternity: Nietzsche and the will to create Friedrich Nietzsche, whose madness was as majestic as his philosophy, proclaimed: “You still need to carry chaos within yourself to be able to give birth to a dancing star.” But chaos without structure is simply destruction. My task as a psychiatrist is to help you not “suffocate” in this chaos, but to become the architect of your “star.” When you look at Quantum Art paintings, you are engaged in self-therapy. You force your brain to seek order in quantum uncertainty. This is training in neural plasticity, which protects against depression better than any antidepressant. The Parable of the Mad Gardener In one city there lived a man whom everyone considered crazy. Every day he went out to a vacant lot and drew perfect geometric figures in the sand - triangles, circles, hexagrams. People laughed: “Why are you doing this? The wind will erase your signs anyway!” The gardener replied: “I do not draw in the sand. I train my eyes to see order where you see only dust. When the time comes to plant a garden, my trees will grow "Slender, because I had already laid out paths for them in my mind." One day, a great storm occurred, and all the gardens in the city were destroyed. And only in that vacant lot where the "madman" had drawn his signs, shoots emerged from the ground and intertwined into a perfect hedge, protecting the gardener's house from the wind. Anfisa's summary: Your psyche is that very vacant lot. If you don't draw the lines of your principles and meanings (your code 369) on it daily, the first storm in life will turn your life into ruins. Structure is not a cage. It is your armor.
